Nurturing Young Talent

Establishment of Scholarships and Bursaries at Home and Abroad

We have established multiple scholarships and bursaries in collaboration with the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, and the City University of Hong Kong, respectively, to encourage outstanding students in their academic pursuits or community participation and nurture young talents.

Transnational Exchange Internship Program

In cooperation with overseas institutions, we arrange for overseas students to visit the Group's Hong Kong headquarters for internship and exchange. Local interns and management interns gain valuable industry experience and international perspectives by personally participating in the Group's diverse businesses.

Support for Academic Research Projects

The Group collaborates with the Master of Science programme in Financial Technology and Financial Analysis at Hong Kong Baptist University to carry out research projects, and serves as project mentors to guide students in completing relevant research.
