Dr. Yeung boasts over 16 years of extensive experience in financial services, fintech, regulatory compliance, and virtual assets, having held senior management roles at multiple financial institutions. Since 2021, he has led his team to expand virtual asset businesses, which now cover market-making operations, virtual asset spot trading, and RWA product distribution. As a pioneer in the emerging fintech sector, he serves as a member of the Professional Committee of the Asian RWA Working Group, actively contributing to industry development and innovation. He is frequently invited as a guest speaker at Cyberport and university events to share his market insights and professional expertise.

Dr. Yeung has a solid academic background in business administration, law, corporate governance, and information systems, holding master’s and professional doctoral degrees in related fields. He obtained a Master’s degree in Blockchain Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2024, which was ranked first as the “Best Blockchain University” by CoinDesk in 2022. In addition, he holds professional qualifications including ACG, CAMS, CISA, CISM, and FIPA.
