(hereinafter “Eddid SG”), collectively referred to as the “Group”, have identified fraudulent communications, including forged commercial proposals and fee notices, sent by unauthorized individuals misrepresenting themselves as Group management. These documents are entirely fraudulent and were not issued by the Group.

Eddid SG does not charge performance fees in connection with its brokerage services.

Verification of Official Communications

All official correspondence from Eddid SG exclusively originates from the corporate email domain: @eddid.com.sg. The public and business partners are encouraged to carefully verify sender addresses and to disregard any communications originating from alternative domains or personal email accounts.

Clarification on Mr. Fai NG
Mr. Fai NG, named in these fraudulent materials, departed Eddid Financial and Eddid SG in January 2026 and no longer represents the Group in any capacity. Any subsequent documents or communications bearing his name are strictly unauthorized and invalid.

Current investigations indicate no personal information leakage. The Group maintains strict data security protocols to ensure the continued safety and confidentiality of all client information.

The Group strongly condemns these deceptive commercial practices and fully reserves the right to take strict legal action against the perpetrators.
