Eddid Financial Assists Lanshan District Finance Investment Group in Successfully Issuing a RMB 218 Million Dim Sum Bond

Eddid Financial, serving as a Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager, has assisted Linyi Lanshan District Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Lanshan District Finance Investment Group” or the “Group”), in successfully issuing a 3-year offshore RMB bond (Dim Sum Bond) of RMB 218 million, with a coupon rate of 4.7%. The bond will be listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd.

The bond is issued by Langya Overseas Co., Ltd, backed by an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee provided by the Group and a standby letter of credit enhancement from Evergrowing Bank Co., Ltd. Linyi Branch.

Established in 2018, Lanshan District Finance Investment Group has been the major investment and financing platform for the management and operation of state-owned assets and the construction of infrastructure facilities in Linyi. In addition, the Group is engaged in various business segments, including development and operation of industrial parks, fire service equipment sales, salt sales, fund investment, and financial services such as syndicated loans and guarantees. As of March 31, 2022, the ultimate controller of the Group is Linyi Lanshan Municipal Government.
