Eddid Financial Assists Urumqi Gaoxin Investment and Development Group in Issuing USD 90 million Bonds

On September 15, 2023, Eddid Financial, serving as a joint bookrunner and joint lead manager, successfully assisted Urumqi Gaoxin Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. (“Urumqi Gaoxin” or the the“Group”) in issuing 3-year USD 90 million senior fixed-rate bonds with a coupon rate of 7.5%. The bonds will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The bonds were issued through a direct issuance, with proceeds used for refinancing existing offshore indebtedness.

Established in August 2007, Urumqi Gaoxin is the most important infrastructure investment and financing entity in Urumqi High-tech Industrial Development Zone. In recent years, it has undertaken major infrastructure projects and major livelihood-related projects in the High-tech Zone, with strong business competitiveness. The Group is primarily engaged in engineering construction, property leasing, asset management and maintenance, and supply chain trading. Its business structure is diversified.
