Program Structure
Orientation Day
The orientation journey on the first day of internship helps you integrate quickly, get to know your colleagues and the organizational structure, and fully prepare you for the internship.
Training
Provide at least 50 hours of in-depth training, shared by heads of various departments, covering the core knowledge of front, middle and back offices to help you fully understand the financial market.
Internship Arrangement
Gain practical experience through 6-week rotations and participate in real projects to enhance your skills.
Department Exposure
Based on your courses and needs, you will have the opportunity to work in different departments, including the President’s Office, Asset Management, Financial Technology, Investment Banking, Finance & Accounting, Direct Investment, Risk Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Compliance, and Human Resources.
Mentorship Program
Regularly communicate with mentors from different departments, who will guide and support your growth.
Team Building
Participate in various team-building activities to build friendships and team spirit with colleagues.
Industry Exposure
Participate in different simulations and exchanges to enhance your understanding of the financial market.
Evaluation
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your performance, which will be your opportunity to be promoted from an intern to a management trainee.
